JobHQ uses the career information you choose to provide to help you assess roles, research opportunities and prepare applications. This page explains how that works and what the service does not promise.
PRIVACY
How we handle your information
JobHQ stores the information you supply so it can provide the service. This may include:
- your account details and sign-in information
- your profile, career history, goals and preferences
- job advertisements you add
- resumes, cover letters and other application materials you upload
- assessments, research, Career Strategy and application packs JobHQ generates for you
- application progress and notes you record
Uploaded resumes and application materials are private to your signed-in account and are not intended to be publicly displayed.
JobHQ uses third-party services for hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, job-ad retrieval and public-source research. JobHQ may send those services the information needed to provide the feature you are using. Public-source information JobHQ finds may be stored with your research results.
Please only upload information you have the right to use, and avoid confidential material belonging to an employer or another person.

What JobHQ does and doesn’t promise
JobHQ provides career decision and application support. It does not guarantee an interview, employment or any other outcome.
Assessments, research and generated application materials use AI and public sources. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and may include reasonable inference rather than confirmed fact. Check anything that matters before you act on it or submit it to an employer.
JobHQ is not professional recruitment, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for reviewing the materials you use.
JobHQ is in early access. It may change, be interrupted or lose features while it is being developed. JobHQ does not claim any certification, audit or formal regulatory compliance.
CONTACT & DELETION
How to reach us during early access
Your information is kept while your account is active so your history remains useful to you. Account deletion is handled manually on request during early access.

When an account is deleted, the account and career information stored with it are removed. Ordinary backups and system logs may remain for a short period before being cycled out.
